Kevin Morgan is Professor of Governance and Development at Cardiff University. He has worked for the European Commission, the OECD and urban and regional governments throughout Europe on their local development strategies. He was also invited to present his school food research findings to the United Nations in New York City. His book, Serving the Public, was named one of the best food books of the year by Radio 4’s Food Programme.
Access to good food is the litmus test of a society's commitment to social justice and sustainable development. Kevin's talk and book explores the 'good food revolution' in public institutions, asking what are the implications for Cardiff and Wales?
